Job Description
The AVP Marketing (Corporate) will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies tailored to our corporate clients. With a focus on SaaS-based solutions, this role will work to enhance our market share in the B2B travel segment, driving growth through innovative marketing campaigns and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at corporate clients, focusing on SaaS travel solutions.
Lead the development of marketing plans, including demand generation, lead nurturing, and customer retention strategies.
Align marketing initiatives with the overall business objectives of , ensuring a cohesive approach across all corporate segments.
Design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns that target corporate clients, including digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and events.
Optimise campaigns for maximum ROI, using data-driven insights to refine targeting and messaging.
Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Brand Positioning & Messaging:
Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all corporate marketing materials.
Develop and refine the value proposition for corporate travel solutions, highlighting the benefits of our SaaS offerings.
Work closely with the communications and branding teams to maintain alignment in brand positioning.
- Partnerships & Alliances:
Identify and establish strategic partnerships with SaaS providers, travel technology platforms, and corporate clients to enhance service offerings.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring collaboration and mutual benefit in marketing initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Track and analyse the performance of corporate marketing initiatives, using key metrics to assess effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Prepare regular reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations based on marketing data and trends.
- Team Leadership & Development:
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure the team stays updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
Qualifications & Skills
- MBA from a Tier 1 college.
- 8-10 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on SaaS and B2B marketing.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies for corporate clients.
- Experience in the travel industry or related sectors is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and the ability to communicate their value to corporate clients.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics software.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
