AVP Marketing / Marketing Manager

We are hiring for latest technology solutions to feed the crops, protect them from pests & diseases and manage soil fertility from seed to harvest.

Qualification- B.Sc./M.Sc. (Agriculture) & MBA Agri Business mgmt

Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in sales coordination preferably with Agri products or Pharma (similar to our companys), or FMCG distributors / C&F with a consistent proven track record of exceeding targets.

Job Description:

1) Coordinating for designs of brochures banners, leaflets

2) Vendor identification and coordination for printing and distribution

3) Coordination with Clusters on requirement and distribution on time

4) Working closely with the design and marketing agencies for fresh updated branding collaterals

5) Coordinating with CH for farmer meeting and requirements thereof

Getting translations done as needed

6) Handling social media accounts like liked in/Facebook/YouTube

7) Generating new Vendors & maintain relationships for business

8) Budgetary workings and tracking

9) Submitting reports on progress of all tasks on a set frequency

10) This position shall report into the Head of Marketing Manager / Sales Operations / CSO

KRA:

1) Accurate maintenance of data regarding stocks of marketing material at each and every C&F and/or company warehouse under his preview

2) Provide active feedback on all the marketing collaterals and their use

3) Ensuring Dealer has enough stocks of promotional collaterals of the company

4) Ensuring that all Govt documents are uploaded or filed as the case maybe with timely coordination Ensuring Just in time supply of collaterals to the field teams during season based on weather and crop

5)Working on companies ATL/BTL activities

6)Maintaining the budgets of marketing and ensuring compliance to the numbers therein

7)Reporting on a daily basis to HO on all the above
