The role in a gist:

As FlexiLoans enters the next orbit of growth, we are looking for people with the passion and hunger to make a dent in the MSME ecosystem. In this role you will be leading all lender relationships (sourcing, developing and maintaining) for our Supply Chain Finance division focusing on optimizing and growing the offbook lending. What you will work on:

• Lead Lender Management across Banks, NBFCs and Fintech companies for the SCF vertical
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with Lending Partners including large banks (both Private and PSUs) to facilitate seamless disbursements
• Identify and onboard new lenders basis conducive SCF policy and ease of doing business between the lender and FL clients
• Lead negotiations on Pricing, Policy and disbursement process in discussion with both internal and external stakeholders

The ideal candidate:

• Highly driven and motivated individual with the ability to get hands-on where required
• Strong stakeholder management skills for both internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mediate discussions between co-lending partners, internal stakeholders and FL clients
• Strong understanding of processes and ability to have numbers at fingertips

Qualification and Experience:

• 6+ years of experience of Lender Management in the Supply Chain Finance vertical
• Master's degree (MBA preferred) from a reputed institute or a CA/CFA degree with relevant experience
• Strong understanding of SCF products and demonstrated ability to identify right lender for different client profiles
