- Financial Analysis and Modeling: Develop and maintain detailed financial models, including discounted cash flow (DCF), merger and acquisition (M&A) models. Perform valuation analyses and support transaction execution.- Client Interaction: Assist in preparing client presentations, pitch books, and marketing materials. Provide insights and strategic recommendations to clients based on industry trends and financial data.
- Transaction Execution: Support senior bankers in managing the transaction process, including due diligence, document preparation, and coordination with various stakeholders. Participate in negotiations and oversee the execution of deals.
- Industry Research: Conduct in-depth research on the consumer sector, including market trends, competitive landscape, and economic factors. Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes.
- Candidates having 6+ years of front-end investment banking/corporate M&A/FDD experience, either sector agnostic or sector specific in Industrials/building materials/chemicals
- End to end transaction front-end investment banking/corporate M&A experience with deal closure is a must
- Open to relocate to Delhi/Mumbai
