As the HR Assistant Vice President, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within the organization. Were hiring FEMALE candidates having strong experience in Payroll Management, Recruitment and HR Generalist role in IT or Banking Domain .
Responsibilities:
1.HR Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys business objectives.
- Work with senior management to identify HR priorities and create plans to address them.
- Ensure HR practices are in line with industry best practices and trends.
2.Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
- Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on hiring decisions.
3.Employee Development and Training:
- Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Identify high-potential employees and create succession plans for key positions.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary improvements.
4.Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback.
- Provide guidance and support to managers in addressing performance issues and implementing improvement plans.
- Ensure a fair and objective performance evaluation process.
5.Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Address employee concerns and grievances, ensuring prompt resolution and adherence to company policies.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance overall workplace morale.
6.Compensation and Benefits:
- Collaborate with finance and compensation teams to develop competitive salary and benefits packages.
- Monitor market trends to ensure the company remains competitive in terms of compensation and benefits.
7.Compliance and Legal:
- Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee employee recordkeeping and documentation to meet legal requirements.
- Stay updated on relevant labor law changes and implement necessary adjustments.
8.HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Prepare regular HR reports for senior management, highlighting key HR metrics and trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Proven experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a medium to large-sized organization.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
- Proficiency in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus.
