Role Overview:
In this role, as a Chartered Accountant, your main duties involve overseeing financial operations. This includes leading the team to ensure timely monthly closures and quarterly audits. You'll prepare audit workpapers, analyze expenses, revenues, assets, and liabilities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You'll also create financial statements using Excel, manage TDS and GST remittance, and handle MIS report analysis for senior management decision-making.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead the Finance & Accounts team to ensure monthly closure and quarterly audit of books.
Preparation of all audit workpapers, including complete analysis of expense, revenue, assets, and liabilities.
Preparation of financial statements, consolidated /standalone in excel as per applicable accounting standards.
Ensuring TDS and GST remittance, including monthly/quarterly returns
Responsible for all MIS preparation and analysis.
Work with accounting team wherever necessary to ensure book closure and financial reporting.
Work with other departments to get information required for book closure and financial reporting.
You would need to be / have:
Highly motivated and self- directed.
Excellent leadership and strong critical thinking skills.
Excellent communicator (written and oral)
In-depth knowledge in the finance functions including Indian accounting.
Experience of interacting with auditors and regulatory authorities.
Process orientated with ability to align & improve for efficiency.
Positive and collaborative attitude of working well with peers and team members to solve issues in a seamless and effective manner.
Qualification & Experience:
A bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of experience in senior finance roles, demonstrating expertise in general accounting and successful leadership of the senior accounts team. Highly desirable proficiencies in Excel and Tally, as they are essential tools for financial analysis and reporting.
