Skills Required
Relevant experience working with Azure and another public cloud solution (AWS/GCP).
12+ Years experience implementing and supporting Microsoft and AWS cloud services, specifically: Azure IaaS, Monitoring Services, Cloud Backup Services, or Site Recovery Services
Min 5 Years experience with Microsoft Hyper-V and Virtual Networking
Expertise around Azure delta lake, big data, CDC is must to have.
Experience as an Azure Admin working with: Azure AD, Azure MECM (formerly SCCM), Azure Update Management, and Migrating workloads.
Knowledge of design or implementation of on-premises Private Clouds, including any of the following: Azure Stack Hub or Azure Stack HCI
Relevant experience with IaaS and PaaS services, SQL Azure, Azure Sentinel, Migration from On-premise environments to Azure platform, Windows Server services and configuration and deployment, Active Directory (DNS, DHCP, Radius, etc), Hybrid On-premise & Azure platform.
Fundamental experience with Azure cognitive services (ML, AI, etc), Azure DevOps and Azure Data & Databases
Role Summery
This role is the most critical role for organization considering complete technology strategy based on cloud first approach. This role is expected to be hands on experience across different clouds including but not limited to Azure/AWS and other cloud.
Role demands depth around technical skills to have strong technical skills to deep dive around complex technology problem involving legacy technology to be migrated to new edge technology stack. Role is expected to extend expertise support for Operational issues as L3 level tech expertise.
Strong technology expertise around Azure cloud, Devsecops, Finops, Data lake, business analytics platforms is must have skill set for this role.
Cloud infra engineer needs to manage multiple cloud operational activities and take up various project activities in parallel. Role is expected to drive day to day deployment. Set process and drive operational activities in alignment with process. Participate actively in multiple project discussions as cloud team members, provide inputs on technology side to build effective solution.
Support project engagement, product enhancements and new development by understanding business requirements, and performing competitive analysis for of the development of integrations.
Leading the implementation of small, mid, and large project activities.
Execution of high complex internal/partner consulting services based on best practices.
Proposing problem solving activities and approaches for dynamic customer challenges within project/engagements
Supervise lower-end engagement scoping, including the execution of higher complex deliverables and engagements
Possess foundational working knowledge of IT industry best practices and Well-Architected frameworks
Improving the overall service business by identifying internal process improvements, training, and opportunities
Technology and business enablement advocate to advise the best practice methods in how to utilize IT to drive competitive advantage
Lead technical troubleshooting for complex issues and provide expertise for critical problem solving.

Capacity Management and Emerging technologies POC
Act as interface between Business & delivery team on business solution, effort estimation, capacity planning, design patterns to be adhered
Operational Efficiency
Responsible for day-to-day cloud operation.
Set up strong monitoring and process governance.
Drive daily health check and reporting.
Participate and drive troubleshooting calls.
Responsible for documenting solutions and RCA.
Single point responsibility for coordinating with multiple internal teams and vendors.
Coordinate with security team for driving security engagements and timely closure of any critical open points.
