Role Overview:

As the AVP - Client Relations, you will be at the forefront of managing and enhancing client relationships, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. You will leverage your expertise in the financial services industry to deliver tailored solutions and drive client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their financial needs and goals.

- Provide strategic advice and solutions to clients, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated financial strategies and solutions.

- Monitor and analyze client portfolios to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction.

- Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

- Drive client retention and growth through proactive relationship management and exceptional service.

Qualifications:

- Post Graduate Degree in Finance or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry.

- Proven experience in client handling and relationship management.

- CFA/CFP/CWM Qualifications preferred.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
