Ignify Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented AVP / Senior Manager school Admissions and Higher Education Partnerships to lead our business development and partnership initiatives in the education sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in admission sales, edtech sales, university partnerships, and post-sales operations. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our education partnerships, driving revenue growth, and managing key stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Develop and implement strategies to expand partnerships with K-12 institutions, universities, and other educational organizations.
- Identify new business opportunities in the K-12 and higher education sectors to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and develop new edtech solutions to meet market demands.
- Product Presentations and Demos:
- Conduct product presentations and demos to prospective clients, highlighting the value of IGNIFY's solutions for both K-12 and higher education sectors.
- Provide technical and educational expertise to showcase product benefits effectively.
- Admissions Sales:
- Lead admission sales efforts, driving partnerships with schools and universities to support enrollment goals.
- Work with admission teams to align sales strategies with academic cycles and seasonal demand patterns.
- University Partnerships:
- Build and nurture relationships with universities to foster long-term collaborations, including program partnerships, admissions, and joint ventures.
- Represent IGNIFY at educational conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to establish and strengthen university partnerships.
- Post-Sales Operations:
- Oversee post-sales operations to ensure smooth delivery and execution of IGNIFY's solutions.
- Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Channel Management:
- Manage and expand partnerships with external channels such as education consultants, agents, and digital marketing platforms to drive leads and admissions.
- Develop and implement strategies for effective channel partner management, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in admission sales, edtech sales, and university partnerships.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful partnerships in the education sector.
- Strong knowledge of the K-12 and higher education landscape in India.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed for business development and partnership engagements.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with educational technology solutions and platforms.
- Understanding of university admission processes, academic program structures, and partnership models.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven sales strategies.
