Autosar lead

Description

We are seeking an experienced Autosar Lead to join our team. The candidate should have a strong background in Autosar development and should be able to lead a team of Autosar developers. The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and should be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Detailed analysis of system requirements & evaluating the feasibility of software implementation, technical risks, requirement conflicts as per Autosar standards.
• Providing solutions for technical issues in own or other projects.
• Integrating the software modules, as per defined integration tests strategy & plan.
• Review the code done by the team, support the team for identifying the root cause of the bugs, review possible fixes from team.
• Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: Identifying and resolving any integration or performance issues.
• Active participation on daily standup meetings, customer meetings, global customer meetings
• Proposing ideas on optimization and scheduling aspects.

KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS: In this role, you will be successful, if you have:

• Hands on experience in configuring AUTOSAR BSW stacks & integration with RTE/Application Layer, OS-configuration.
• Hands on experience in one or more BSW Configuration Tools like Vector Davinci or EB Tresos.
• Hands on experience in development of Application Components or CDDs
• Knowledge of multiple Autosar Modules (Communication stack, Network management, EcuM, BswM mode management, Memory stack).
• Familiarity with ECU/Microcontroller architecture, Communication Protocols (Ethernet, FlexRay, CAN, LIN, I2C and SPI)
• Hands on experience in tools like Canoe, CANalyzer etc.
• Understanding of multi core architecture.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and quality assurance practices.
• Understanding of basic FuSa concepts.
• Strong analytical abilities to understand complex systems and troubleshoot issues.
• Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor the team.
