Job Description
Hybrid and Electric Vehicle Systems (Level 2 and Level 3) certification is a must. 3-5 years of hands-on experience in aftersales vehicle service, diagnostics and troubleshooting preferably in OEM dealerships/workshops is a must Relevant certification in Automotive Mechatronics is an added advantage. Deep understanding of electric and hybrid vehicle systems, including batteries, electric motors, charging infrastructure, regenerative braking, and software controls. This knowledge will help you create informed and insightful content. Knowledge on safety standards as work will be carried out on high voltage systems. Functional and Software Testing: Testing of onboard chargers and DC fast-charging capabilities. Testing of vehicle control systems, including regenerative braking, power delivery, and drive modes. Develop comprehensive test plans for electric and hybrid vehicle systems and components, define test objectives, test cases, and success criteria. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, analyze test data. Prepare detailed test reports summarizing test procedures, results, and conclusions. Understanding of automotive electrical system wiring diagram, wire color codes, connectors, and components and its functionalities. Including understanding symbols & DIN standards.
