Job Description
3.1To provide excellent repair quality by ensuring optimal customer satisfaction which ensures customer retention and enhances the brand image of Chandra.
3.2Responsible to achieve the Labour targets of Free, Paid, Running, Quick Service, Same Day Delivery of vehicles, Value added services.
3.3Perform repair works as per ROs provided by Floor Supervisor on time and ensure Timely Completion of Work assigned.
3.4To be responsible to take the allocated vehicle to the bay.
3.5Inspect vehicles based on observation and mechanical testing and conduct Bumper to Bumper inspection for all the vehicles, if any problem exists escalate the same to the Floor Supervisor.
3.6Frequently update the start time and end time in Workshop automation and support in achieving the maximum of 7 days ROs.
3.7Ensure to log in to the H log application provided by HMIL and complete - My Course Training regularly, if any assistance is required counsel with the Trainer.
3.8Clean and maintain the work environment to ensure equipment longevity, and workplace safety and be liable for the Bay and tools provided in the Bay.
3.9Liaise with the Parts department for the requirement of parts mentioned in RO and also ensure timely and proper replacement of the same.
3.10Responsible for the handover of the Parts claimed on the warranty to the Warranty charge.
3.11Ensure to take the special tools by filling in / out the register on the requirement.
