What Software Test Automation Engineering contributes to Cardinal Health
Engineering is responsible for performing research and analyses to develop design options for components, products, systems and processes.
Software Test Automation Engineering - Designs, builds, tests, and deploys testware solutions that put the power of test automation into the hands of the Software Quality Engineers (SQE's). Applies software engineering best practices in documenting and developing the test automation architecture as well as test cases for the full scope of R&D projects, supporting load and performance testing as well as functional acceptance testing. Researches, evaluates, and recommends new test tools and methodologies helps plan automation strategies that maximize the return on automation investment. Performs white box testing and provides technical support to SQE as needed.
