Job Title: Automation Tester

Shift Timings: 11 am to 8pm[Flexible]

What We Are Looking for:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Analyst with 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about software quality and dedicated to ensuring that our products meet the highest standards. You should possess a proactive mindset, a collaborative spirit, and a keen eye for detail, as well as a desire to continuously improve both processes and product quality.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Proven work experience in software development
• Proven work experience in software quality assurance
• Proven work experience in Automation and Manual Testing
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
• Experience in leading and managing teams to achieve project goals.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with international clients, demonstrating excellent verbal and written skills.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.

Proficiency in writing unit tests and familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, TestNG).

Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla) is a plus.
