Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Automation Test Engineer with expertise in Python, Pytest, and AWS Testing to join our QA team. The role involves analyzing user stories, creating detailed test cases, and conducting both manual and automated testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining automation frameworks, attending daily stand-up calls, and guiding the team to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze user stories to develop comprehensive and detailed test cases.
- Conduct manual and automated test case execution to ensure high-quality software releases.
- Create and maintain automation frameworks using Python and Pytest.
- Perform API testing and AWS testing as part of the overall testing strategy.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings, providing regular status updates to the team.
- Work collaboratively with the team, guiding and supporting them to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
- Manage and track test cases, bugs, and automation scripts using Bitbucket and other tools.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong experience in Automation Testing using Python and Pytest.
- Proficiency in API Testing and AWS Testing.
- Experience with Bitbucket for version control and collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in Agile teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CI/CD tools and test automation integration.
- Familiarity with cloud-based testing and deployment strategies in AWS environments.
