- Position: Automation Test Engineer Intern
Location: VDOIT Technologies Private Limited, Unit-912, Emaar Palm Square, Sec-66, Golf Course Extension Road, Gurugram, India 122011
Writing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Experience in selenium, appium and testing framework.
Conducting manual testing to identify and report defects in software applications.
Developing and maintaining automated test scripts using tools like Selenium.
Identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects and issues.
Analyzing test results and providing feedback to improve software quality.
Ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications.
Continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
Participating in cross-functional teams to enhance product quality.
Conducts audits and assessments to identify deviations and recommend corrective actions.
- Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in manual testing techniques and methodologies.
Experience with testing APIs and understanding RESTful and SOAP protocols.
Strong knowledge of automation testing using Selenium is a must.
Scripting and programming skills (e.g., Python, Java) for test automation.
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
Understanding of software development and Agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.
