Automation Test Engineer-5+ Years (Onsite: Location - Delhi)
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 4 to 6 years of experience as an Automation Test Engineer
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and Agile practices
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Python
- Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with scenario testing and risk-based testing
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and collaboration abilities
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create and execute detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document test requirements
- Perform manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications
- Identify, report, and track defects to resolution
- Conduct root cause analysis of defects and provide feedback to development teams
- Ensure test coverage and participate in test strategy and test approach discussions
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in test automation
