We are seeking a skilled Software Engineering Professional to join our team and lead our Low Code/No Code (LCNC) enablement initiatives for Citizen Developers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, solution, platform, business architecture and a passion for empowering non-technical users to create powerful applications through LCNC platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of solution architecture and platform architecture experience.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing, ETL, and data modeling concepts
- Strong understanding of AI and ML concepts and their practical applications
- Experience with back-end technologies.
- Experience with database / data lake technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
- Familiarity with any one of programming languages (e. g. , Java / Javascript / Python / Typescript)
- Familiarity with any one or two platforms like Power automate, PowerApps, BI Tools
- Familiarity with cloud tools - GCP (Good Cloud Platform) like Big Query, Vertex AI, Cloud Run.
- Experience in mentoring or training non-technical users in software development concepts.
- Experience in prompt engineering and Large language models integration into Applications.
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Data Science & Engineering or any related engineering discipline
- Conduct E2E solution development activities such as requirements analysis, design, development, testing and support activities
- Candidates should have exposure to cutting edge tools & technology on business process automation and workflow management.
- Implement intelligent capabilities including AI and ML within LCNC environments.
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Work closely with business partners to understand, identify and support automation opportunities by leading the design of the automated solution and building out the technical components
- Design and implement APIs for seamless integration with front-end applications. Develop server-side logic to power scalable web applications.
- Define and maintain databases and data models.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to ensure high performance and responsiveness of web applications
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging automation and low code/no code technologies and best practice.
- Build and maintain data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes.
- Manage data security, privacy, and compliance requirements
- Develop and integrate Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities and implement prompt engineering techniques into LCNC solutions.
