We are hiring an Automation (RPA & Intelligent) Engineer with a product engineering mindset to drive automation initiatives within our organization, leveraging expertise in solution design and programming. You will play a key role in building and managing scalable automation solutions, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration focused on execution automation excellence within our organization.
3-4 years of overall software engineering experience with at least 2+ years of SME knowledge in Automation Anywhere (Automation 360) preferred /UIPath/Blue Prism/Low Code-No Code or custom frameworks.
Strong programming skills with a focus on solid, secure, performant, and clean code practices. Experience in developing enterprise automation solutions.
Ability to deliver software and artefacts which are stable, reliable, and scalable independently within self-organizing Agile teams.
Plan and identify solutions and risks in assigned work.
Knowledge of design patterns is desirable.
Excellent design, coding, debugging, problem solving and analytical skills with a product engineering mindset.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Flexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and a commitment to fostering a low ego, high-performance culture.
Good to have exposure on the Microsoft technology stack (C#, ASP.NET & SQL Server).
