BH Automation center of excellence(COE) has the people, processes, and technology necessary to maximize the benefits of automation, includingrobotic process automation and process mining. The successful candidate will be part of a COE team responsible for RPA support, design and roadmap.
As an Senior Automatio Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the design, development, test, and deployment of RPA project(s)
- Understanding of Automation Infrastructure
- Partnering with other Automation team members in learning and growth opportunities around advanced automation including Chat Bots, Document Understanding and Artificial Intelligence
- Participating in Business and HQ ideation sessions and automation team status calls
- Developing programs using BH standard technology set of automation tools
- Working with Global teams
- Being self-motivated and able to work independently, and able to take initiative without always being directed

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a minimum bachelor degree and 6+ years equivalent work experience in RPA with UI Path
- Have minimum 2 to 4 years hands on experience with Power Automate Desktop.
- Have an experience inMicrosoft Power Platform - Cloud Flow, Power Automate Desktop and Power Virtual agents.
- Have an ability to create custom connectors for Microsoft Flow
- Have an experience in configure connectors and integrations to connect Power Automate with various data sources and applications.
- Have a knowledge of Office 365 platform including Exchange, Intune, Azure AD, and Azure ecosystem.
- Have a Microsoft Power Platform (PL-900) Certification.
- Have an exposure to API testing (Postman or Similar) and usage and RPA re-platforming.
- Have an RPA development skills using Uipath/ A360/BP.
- Have an xposure to Bot development life cycle and Documentation.
- Have a good understanding of Databases - Preferred experience in writing simple queries in PL/SQL
- experience in any of the programming languages like C/C++, Python, VB Script, Ruby,Java, JS, .Net.
- Have an experience on AI and ML (good to have)
