Scope of Works
Automation -
The Automation Tools Expert/ Software Engineer develops automation tools which support Network Planning
and Optimization service delivery.
Tasks:
- Develops software to automate network monitoring, audit, optimization, and reporting tasks
- Interfaces with Network Performance Optimization engineering and customer care teams to identify
- requirements for new automation tools and to enhance existing tools
- Independently performs critical (sometimes escalated) activities to support network optimization
- market teams
Activities & Scope:
a. The Software Automation Tools Expert will be required to work independently and with other
members of the automation team to deliver automation solutions to support the network
optimization market teams.
b. Requirement s analysis and software design
c. Implementation of new automation tools and enhancements to existing software tools
d. Implementation of new RAN features into the automation tools.
e. Tool issue investigation, troubleshooting, and debugging
f. Ability to communicate with subject matter experts, end-users, and the automation tools
team to develop requirements, communicate progress, and resolve issues.
g. Interfaces with customers to provide network design and performance related services,
according to the solutions portfolio
h. Operates in compliance with the processes, security methods and tools linked to the job
