Automation Engineer for romania (europe)

Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Automation Engineer to join our team in Romania (Europe). The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of experience in the job market context of India and possess a strong background in automation testing, scripting, and tools. The candidate should also have experience with Agile methodologies and be able to work independently and collaboratively to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using various testing tools and frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas for automation
• Ensure that automated tests are integrated with continuous integration and deployment pipelines
• Identify, document, and track software defects and work with development teams to resolve them
• Create and maintain test automation frameworks, libraries, and scripts
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure high-quality software releases
• Provide timely and accurate status updates to project stakeholders
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in automation testing
• Strong experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, TestComplete, etc.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Java, etc.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests
• Experience with version control systems such as Git, SVN, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
