Responsibilities
  • Site commissioning in line with project schedule allotted
  • Drive configuration testing.
  • Establish interface between PLC IT, PLC-PLC 3rd party/ boughtout solutions.
  • System Integrated trails.
  • PLC program configuration changes as per min guidance from HO team.
  • System operational maintenance training to customer internal service
  • Smooth system handover to customer internal service
  • Maintain document daily work progress report.
  • As built project documentation.
  • Automation commissioning documentation
  • Maintain records of above documents.
  • Snag list resolution support
  • PLC Program development testing

Requisite Qualification
Essential
Preferred
  • B.E/ B.Tech (Instrumentation/ Electronics/ Electronics Telecommunication/ Mechatronics)
  • Same as above
Requisite Experience

  • Minimum 5yrs of experience in the field of Industrial/ Machine
  • Hands-on experience of Siemens TIA portal/ Rockwell Studio 5000 software for PLC HMI programming and troubleshooting
Preferred
  • min. 2-years of experience in the field of material handling solution
    • Technical Skills:

    Competencies
    • Proficiency in PLC programming, preferably Siemens TIA Rockwell Studio 5000.
    • Commissioning troubleshooting of industrial communication system viz. Profibus, Profinet, AS-I, Ethernet/IP, etc.
    • Knowledge of configuring, commissioning troubleshooting of VFD s.
    • Knowledge of Interface with 3rd party via TCP/IP, S7 communication, OPC-UA, etc.
    • Siemens Rockwell PLC to PLC communication.
    • Good oral communication skills.
    • Customer oriented approach.
    • Good problem-solving skills.
    • Good planning decision-making skills.
    • Focused on Improvement Innovation.
