As an Automation Architect at Ericsson, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing automated solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency across various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in server-side languages, high-level design, and experience in AI/ML implementation or data science.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement automated solutions to optimize processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead the architecture and design of automation frameworks and tools.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance automation capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement through innovation and automation best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and testing activities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in automation, AI/ML, and data science.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8-15 years of experience in software development, with a focus on automation and architecture.
- Proficiency in at least one server-side language such as Java, Python, or C++.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with AI/ML implementation or data science is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Jenkins, or Ansible.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
