We are seeking an experienced Automated Processes professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in the job market and possess a strong understanding of automation technologies. They will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement automated processes that meet business requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation
- Create and maintain technical documentation for automated processes
- Monitor and troubleshoot automated processes to ensure they are functioning properly
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize automation performance
- Provide training and support to end-users on automated processes
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 1-5 years of experience in automated processes
- Strong understanding of automation technologies (e.g. RPA, AI, machine learning)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
- Experience with automation tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere
- Familiarity with database systems and SQL
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
