We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic AutoCAD Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and practical experience with AutoCAD software and a passion for teaching. As an AutoCAD Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering hands-on training sessions to students and professionals, guiding them through both the basic and advanced functionalities of AutoCAD, and helping them develop the skills needed for success in design and drafting roles.
Conduct training sessions on AutoCAD software, covering basic to advanced features, including 2D drafting, 3D modeling, and rendering
- Develop and implement engaging and interactive course materials, lesson plans, and exercises
Provide practical, hands-on instruction to ensure students understand and can apply key concepts in AutoCAD- Assist students with individual projects, troubleshooting technical issues, and offering personalized guidance
Assess student performance through quizzes, assignments, and project evaluations
- Stay updated on the latest AutoCAD updates, features, and industry trends
Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their skills- Maintain a positive, supportive learning environment for all students
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred)- Proficiency in AutoCAD with at least 3 years of professional experience
Experience in 2D drafting, 3D modeling, and advanced AutoCAD functionalities
- Previous teaching, training, or mentoring experience is a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills- Patience, creativity, and a passion for helping others learn
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
