Create precise technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD or similar software, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
- Design and draft HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping layouts, equipment placement, and airflow diagrams, considering energy efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Develop cleanroom layouts and specifications, incorporating features such as air filtration systems, temperature control, and contamination prevention measures.- Support turnkey projects from conception to completion, collaborating with project managers and engineers to provide drafting expertise and ensure project success.
Design layouts for pharmaceutical production facilities, laboratories, and cleanrooms, adhering to regulatory requirements such as FDA guidelines and GMP standards.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including equipment specifications, material lists, and installation instructions, to support project implementation and maintenance.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and stakeholders, to review designs, resolve technical issues, and ensure project alignment.- Conduct thorough reviews of drawings and designs to identify errors or discrepancies, implementing corrective actions to maintain quality and accuracy.
Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes related to HVAC, cleanroom, turnkey, and pharmaceutical design, incorporating best practices into design processes.
