Job description

- Drafting skills and good knowledge of detailing.

- Should possess working knowledge of presentation drawings, working drawings, tender drawings, construction drawings and coordination drawings.

- Must have an exposure of working on layout, ceiling plans, elevations, wall sections, floor plans, complete bedroom design, furniture details & designing.

- AutoCAD

- Design Skills

- Site Development

- Planning, Conceptual Skills

- Drafting

- Problem Solving

Required Education / Experience

1) High School Diploma required / Bachelor's Degree preferred

2) Experience in reading blueprint is highly recommend

3) Must have minimum 2 5 year's experience in Construction / Stone industry.

Required Skills

1) Competency in Microsoft Office suite.

2) Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD

3) Knowledge of PlanSwift, BlueBeam REVU RFMS Measure etc. will be added advantage.

4) Ability to read blueprints / drawings received from customers.

5) Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

6) Ability to interpret specification sheets from architects and designers.

7) Strong communication skills ( verbal and written )

8) Natural details orientation

9) Solid understanding of importance of accuracy and precision in work

10) Ability to meet deadline consistently.
