AutoCAD Drafter

Description

We are seeking an experienced AutoCAD Drafter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 3-10 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting and should possess a strong understanding of drafting techniques and principles. The candidate should also have experience in project management and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify detailed drawings using AutoCAD software
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements
• Review and analyze specifications, sketches, drawings, ideas, and related data to assess factors affecting component designs and the procedures and instructions to be followed
• Prepare detailed design drawings and specifications for mechanical equipment, dies, tools, and controls, using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment
• Coordinate with other professionals, such as architects and engineers, to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in drafting or related field
• 3-10 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting
• Strong understanding of drafting techniques and principles
• Experience in project management
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software
