We are seeking a skilled AutoCAD Design Engineer to join our dynamic Team at Neudot Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. a leading modular furniture company. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience and a strong background in using design software such as AutoCAD and Sketchup Pro. As an AutoCAD Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual aspects of our modular furniture products, ensuring precision and efficiency in the design process.
Role And Responsibilities
- Software Proficiency:
- Utilize AutoCAD and Sketchup Pro to create detailed and accurate design drawings for modular furniture products.
- Demonstrate a strong command of design software functionalities to streamline the drafting process.
- Assembly Guidelines:
- Draft comprehensive assembly guidelines for various modular furniture products, providing clear instructions for the assembly process.
- Production Diagrams:
- Create detailed production diagrams that accurately depict the specifications and dimensions of modular furniture components.
- Panel Diagrams:
- Develop precise panel diagrams that highlight the composition and arrangement of panels used in the manufacturing of modular furniture.
- Elevation Diagrams:
- Generate elevation diagrams that showcase the visual representation of modular furniture designs, ensuring alignment with the company's quality standards.
- Packing Diagrams:
- Produce packing diagrams that facilitate efficient and secure packaging of modular furniture products for shipping and transportation.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and project management, to incorporate feedback and optimize design processes.
- Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated on industry trends, design technologies, and software advancements to enhance skills and contribute to the continuous improvement of design practices.
- Product Inspections:
- Be available to travel to our warehouse for periodic product inspections, ensuring quality standards are met. Reimbursement will be provided for travel-related expenses.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Sketchup Pro.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in design work.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
- Preferred male candidates staying in and around Bangalore.
- Need to travel to our Warehouse located at Hosur as and when required by the Business.
