Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Australian Voice. As an Australian Voice, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through outbound and inbound calls, cold calling, and voice support. This is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in Australian accent
  • Familiarity with customer service principles and practices
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Experience in outbound calling and cold calling is highly preferred
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other software applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and provide information about our products and services
  • Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries and concerns
  • Perform cold calling to generate leads and set appointments
  • Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving issues
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide exceptional customer service at all times
  • Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and update customer records in the system
  • Meet and exceed individual and team targets and objectives
