FinOrion Pharma India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Auditor EHS Compliance and Supply Chain Sustainability in Quality Management department. In this position you will be based in Mumbai.
Description Of Position
Responsibilities:
- Act as a lead auditor / co-auditor and perform comprehensive audits of environmental, health, and safety (EHS) management systems and sustainability to ensure supplier compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Prepare audit reports, summarizing findings and suggesting improvements
- To handle follow-up communication on audit findings and corrective actions with the suppliers
- To further develop Orion's supplier assessment processes, establish a new auditing protocol to respond to emerging stakeholder requirements in supply chain EHS compliance and sustainability
- To coordinate Orion's global sustainability auditing program according to PSCI and Orion guidelines
- To provide insights and knowledge about India's EHS regulation, ESG landscape and any emerging issues related to the scope of the responsibilities
- To prepare audit plans and schedule audits with suppliers
- To work in close co-operation with Orion's procurement, EHS and sustainability functions
- Continually improve EHS performance
- To understand the needs of sustainability in value chain and conduct transparent communication with all the relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS protocols and best practices

CPD & LCM India (Pharmaceuticals and Regulatory Affairs teams) supports the product life cycle management, maintenance of marketing authorizations, various other documentation requirements and supports activities such as biostatistics, programming and medical writing tasks for regulated markets. The Creative Design team in India supports digital / graphic designing activities.

Requirements
- Bachelors / Master's degree in Science (Industrial safety/Environmental Science/Energy & Environment Management) OR Bachelor of Engineering OR similar streams from a reputed College / University.
- Lead auditor qualification (one or more of following: ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SA8000)
- 5 10 years of experience in auditing in EHS / sustainability and applicable industry experience in pharmaceutical or chemical industry. Site Audit experience is must. Experience on PSCI audits is an advantage
- EHS management system experience in supply chain and/or in operations
- Knowledge about local regulation and international standards in EHS /sustainability
- Experience in change leadership and process development
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal & written).
- Good Interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in team and flexibility to adapt to change
- Open to travel
- Experience of working in ERP / SAP is an advantage
- Task oriented with learning attitude
- Proactive with a desire to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge in specific EHS topics, e.g. Pharmaceuticals in environment (APIs, AMR), process safety, industrial hygiene considered as advantage
