Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled qualified Chartered Accountants with at least
1 to 2 years of experience in Statutory Audit for Level 2 Support of technical queries on the software as well as help the content team in relevant professional content curation in the application.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to users, addressing queries related to the software.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to ensure timely and accurate solutions.
- Review and update financial and auditing content to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, accounting standards, and software updates.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Statutory Audit is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
