Position Title: Audit Supervisor
Department: Statutory Audit
Location: Bengaluru
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience: Candidate with minimum 3 years of post qualification experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit Support: Conduct statutory audits, tax audits, financial reviews, and assist foreign firms with Dutch GAAP-compliant audits.
- Team Leadership: Manage an initial audit team under foreign firm guidance.
- Knowledge & Development: Implement Knowledge Management initiatives and design Learning & Development programs based on skill gaps.
- Operational Excellence: Enhance efficiency through best practices, maintain key documents like Audit Manuals, and streamline workflows.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and apply QC checklists, benchmark procedures, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Business Development: Draft proposals, conduct market analysis, manage client databases, and organise client outreach programs like webinars and seminars.
- Project Management: Oversee audits to ensure timely, high-quality completion, manage resources, and resolve conflicts.
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant (India or England & Wales) or Certified Public Accountant.
- Additional qualifications such as Management Accountancy (CMA/CIMA), Company Secretary (CS),Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
- Relevant Experience: 3 - 4 years
- Total Experience: up to 4 years
- Good understanding and application of Accounting and Auditing Standards (knowledge of IndAS / IFRS / Dutch GAAP).
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (at least Excel and Word).
- Working knowledge of basic accounting software.
- Quick adaptation to Dutch GAAP and ability to pick up the working styles of foreign firms.
