Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Executive(Statutory audit) to join our team at rspatelca. As an Audit Executive, you will be responsible for conducting statutory audits and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in statutory audit, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CA/ INTER CA
• 2 years above of experience in statutory audit.
• Strong knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and standards.
• Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with complex data.
• Proficient in using audit software and MS Office.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct audits according to statutory audit guidelines and principles.
• Examine financial statements, records, and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Prepare audit reports detailing findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of audits and resolution of issues.
• Provide guidance and support to junior auditors in their audit assignments.
• Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations relevant to auditing and ensure compliance.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and address their queries and concerns.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit processes and procedures.
