Job Description

Job Title: Senior Accounts and Audit Consultant

Location: Delhi, NCR

Responsibilities

1.MIS Reporting:

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual Management Information System (MIS) reports.

Provide financial insights and recommendations based on MIS data.

Ensure accuracy and timeliness in the preparation of MIS reports.

2.Financial Audits:

Conduct internal audits to assess the accuracy and completeness of financial records.

Assist in external audits and coordinate with auditors to provide necessary documentation.

Identify areas of financial risk and implement measures to mitigate them.

3.Accounting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in accordance with accounting standards.

Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.

Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

4.Tally ERP:

Use Tally ERP software for accounting entries, inventory management, and financial reporting.

Generate financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements using Tally.

Ensure the accuracy of data entered in Tally and resolve any discrepancies.

5.Taxation:

Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.

Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations and implement them in the company's tax strategy.

Handle VAT, Corporate Tax and other statutory compliance matters, ensuring timely submissions and payments.

6.Financial Management:

Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, providing financial projections and analysis.

Support the management in financial decision-making by providing relevant data and insights.

Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure effective financial management.

7.Handling International Clients:

Independently manage accounts for international clients, ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations.

Address and resolve financial queries from international clients in a timely and professional manner.

Understand and manage the complexities of international transactions, including currency conversions and cross-border taxation.

Desired Competencies

Knowledge of Zoho applications (such as Zoho Books, Zoho CRM) is preferred

Attention to detail and accuracy

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

As a team leader; supervising, managing and motivating team members

Education

CA Qualified

Job Type

Experience

Minimum 2-3 years in relevant field
