Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for an Audit Assistant at Hanshu Tax. As an Audit Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in the execution of audit engagements, conducting financial analysis, verifying compliance with regulations, and preparing audit reports. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist in risk assessment and control evaluation.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and auditing standards
• Proficiency in financial analysis and data interpretation
• Experience in conducting audits or relevant financial work
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CPA or CA are a plus
