Qualifications and Skills
- More than 10 years of experience in audit and process management
- Proficient in ISO standards and practices
- Strong knowledge of IT Governance principles
- Expertise in Audit & Compliance procedures
- Experience in datacenter operations and auditing
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 certifications
- Knowledge of ISO 22301, ISO 45001, ISO 27001
- Experience with PCI DSS, SOC and TIA audits
Roles and Responsibilities
- Leading audits covering requirements of various ISO standards and checking effectiveness of internal controls
- Ensure 100% compliance to all standards & certifications adopted in datacenter
- Perform Internal audits of various ISO standards i.e. 9001, 14001, 45001, 22301, 20000, 27001
- Supporting in preparation of IT budget
- Coordinating with departments during audits and reviewing all evidences.
- Participate in ad hoc projects and special requirements
- Collaborating, engaging and communicating openly while maintaining excellent working relationships with management and internal stakeholders , keeping them informed of potential issues and escalating problems / delays accordingly
- Follow Up for the closure of risks identified during various audits.
