We are seeking an experienced Audiologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating hearing and balance disorders in patients of all ages. The Audiologist will work closely with patients to develop treatment plans, perform hearing tests, and provide hearing aid fittings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audiology, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping patients improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hearing tests to diagnose hearing and balance disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Fit and program hearing aids for patients
• Provide counseling and education to patients and their families
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in audiology and hearing aid technology
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Skills and Qualifications

• Master's degree in Audiology or related field
• 2-12 years of experience as an Audiologist in a clinical or hospital setting
• Valid license to practice audiology in India
• Strong knowledge of audiology principles and practices
• Familiarity with diagnostic equipment and hearing aid technology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
