Experience: 3+ Years
Education- Diploma or Degree in Electronics & Telecommunication or Electronics Engineering
Key Result Area:
Pre-Sales Support
Project Management including customer updates
Implementation of projects on time, as per scope and meeting quality standards
Resource utilization
Post-sales support
Job Description:
- Visiting prospective customers and understanding the needs and coordinate with sales and design team to evolve an optimum solution to customer and provide technical assistance during the pre-sales process to sales team
- Effectively plan resources and schedule for implementation of projects; co-ordinate with various agencies of the customer like Project Management Consultant, Architect and Electrical contractors, etc.
- Ensure that equipment are installed and tested as per the design and specification
- Provide on-site support for trouble shooting and ensure customer satisfaction
- Update self and the sales team for changes in technology in the domain
- Identify and develop new accounts along with the sales team
- Identify the various verticals / applications and work with sales team to develop customers for the same
- Train and develop resources on implementation standards
- Communicate with various agencies and customer and update them on the progress of the project periodically
- Coordinate internally to complete project as per commitment
