We are looking for an AV Bid Estimator for our Pune location whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission to provide a fantastic customer experience. What are your responsibilities
Estimate the cost of audio visual projects based on client requirements
Prepare bids and proposals for clients
Collaborate with project managers and sales teams to ensure accurate and timely bid submissions
Review and analyze project specifications and drawings
Identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings
Communicate with clients to clarify project requirements and specifications
Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits as required
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of bid submissions and project estimates

Does experience count
Education: Associate degree is preferred, but not required. We take into account your experience/skill level and what you bring to the table as an individual.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an audio visual bid estimator
Strong knowledge of audio-visual technology and equipment and ability to read and interpret project specifications and drawings
Customer Service Experience: A must! As you can see our customers are #1 and we need someone who can take care of them, and treat them as such.
Attitude and Aptitude: Are key! We need someone who is eager to learn and comes to work ready to tackle any situation.
