- Understanding concepts of financial planning.n
n - Understanding various super, pension, investment and insurance related laws and terminologies.n
n - Preparation of high quality Statement of advice documents containing the recommendations of the advisor and the details of the client for presenting to the clients.n
n - Preparation of cash, super, pension and investment projections.n
n - Prepare various Super, insurance, pension and investment comparisons to assist the financial advisors.n
n - Collating client data and product information from providers.n
n - Documenting of all reports and correspondence.n
n - Preparing financial calculations and detailed cashflow projections for different scenarios.n
n - Identify and obtain information necessary to complete financial plan.n
n - Conduct need-analysis for all financial planning clients including insurance, investments, retirement, tax etc.n
n - Conduct in-depth portfolio analysis to provide client advice regarding portfolio structure and risk analysis.n
n - Prepare investment strategy charts and investment applications.n
n - Call Investment, insurance providers to obtain clients investment details.n
n - Update and maintain all client data on a software.n
n Review and analyze statement of advice's prepared by team members.

- Receiving the task from the Advisersn
n - Capturing the task request into the Smartsheetn
n - Understanding the End Users and Advisers requirement (Needs and expectations vs. Advice)n
n - Review of End Users details to determine missing informationn
n - Data Collection - Determining & collection of additional information (super & insurance research activity)n
n - Contacting the adviser for clarification / additional informationn
n - Data entryn
n - Report Generation & editing

nMinimum Requirements
n
n
- Graduate/Post Graduate in finance or relevant degree.n
n - Minimum 2-3 years of experience within the financial planning domain
n n- Understanding of the financial planning process.n
n - Attention to detail.n
n - Good report writing skills.n
n - Strong command over English.n
n - Ability to work independently and multi task
n
n
Knowledge & Skills
n

CFP an added advantage.n
n
Any additional certifications from FPSB, NCFM etc preferred.n
n
Leadership.n
n
Sound communication skills.n
n
Experience using MS-word and excel.n
n
Strong technical knowledge including insurance, mutual funds, trusts, taxation etc.n

Self-motivated and able to take responsibility for own work.
