- Proven experience providing support for Confluence Datacenter and Jira Cloud in enterprise environments (PostgreSQL DB, Windows and Linux Server).
- Strong technical proficiency in administering, configuring, and troubleshooting Atlassian products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and software development practices is a plus.
