Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, policy implementation, and HR compliance. The manager will work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support the organization's goals.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures
• 5-8 yrs of Experience in all aspects HR starting from managing the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in conducting training and development programs
• Knowledge of HR compliance and labor laws
• Experience with HRIS and other HR software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
