Job Purpose & Key Challenges

Purpose To partner with the Branch Finance Controllers towards continuous improvement of on-ground process and providing regular assurance/corrective measures to the CFO in adherence to the business policies.

Broad Responsibilities:

• Periodical thorough evaluation of the branch operations
• Adherence to contracting and other operations linked SOPs
• Frequent visits to neutralise dominance/influence of trade.
• Identifying areas of process improvement and automation
• Control over cash transactions
• Strengthen controls around value violation.
• Controls around stock, verification, warehousing, surveillance, etc..
• Deliver improvement and automation projects, including ERP usage as assigned from time to time
• Travel to branch locations on regular basis (Cover each branch at least 2 times during the year)
• At least 15-21 days travel to each relevant branch in a period of 6 months.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Qualified Chartered Accountant CA/CFA/ CPA
• At least 4 -7 years of accounting, finance, banking and audit experience.
• Prefer to have the good knowledge of ERP system like SAP, CTRM etc
• Strong commercial sense, strong analytical skills, attention to detail and strong grasping power.
• Flexibility to travel
