Job Summary
As part of our BDO- Inspections Assurance team, the Manager will be expected to
- audit quality reviews under US auditing standards.
- a portfolio of reviews in coordination with US Inspections team.
- relevant guidance's and audit methodology
- need-based Inspections and quality management support.
- and assimilate best audit practices and trainings.
- audits as required to promote audit quality and set up model audit engagements.
- for the timeliness and quality of deliverables as per BDO methodology
- to have good interpersonal skills that help in team building and developing good relationships with Global teams.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Education:
CPA /CA
Experience:
Minimum 7 years prior work experience in statutory audit
Proficient in performing audits under AICPA and PCAOB standards.
Prior Experience in Commercial Assurance Audits or FS (Manufacturing & Distribution, Retail & Consumer Products, Technology, Professional Services, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Natural Resources, Gaming and Restaurants) (FSO Insurance, Banking, EBP or Not for Profit
Big 6 Client Facing experience either in the US or India Practice preferred.
Audit quality /Inspections experience preferred.
License/Certifications:
CPA / CA
Software:
Microsoft Office Products, including Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience in the use of various assurance applications and research tools as is appropriate for this level.
