Asst Vice President - Investment and Asset Management

Prerequisite: CA/ CFA / MBA in Finance

Roles and Responsibilities

- Deal evaluation and financial modeling for new acquisitions.
- Tax and capital structuring for new acquisitions.
- To develop and finalize term sheets and due diligence processes.
- Prepare presentations and approval papers for internal approvals & Investment Committee evaluations.
- Provide regular reports on progress of development projects to fund investors.
- To Monitor overall functions of asset management.
- Keeping up to-date with central and regional govt policies, regulations, impacting the development of industrial parks.
- The candidate should possess strong excel modeling and number crunching skills.
- Should have worked on feasibility studies, structuring & financial models for RE projects Manager.
