- Assist in the planning, developing, and launching of new food products.
Collaborate with culinary teams to develop product concepts and recipes.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and competitive landscape.
Analyze product performance and customer feedback to make data-driven recommendations.- Support project management tasks, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and quality assurance.
- Maintain documentation related to product development and progress.
Assist in the creation and execution of product testing and consumer trials.- Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food preparation meets quality standards.
Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high performance and hygiene standards.
Develop and refine menus to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
Coordinate with suppliers for ingredient sourcing and inventory management.
Monitor food safety practices and ensure compliance with health regulations.
Innovate and create new dishes that align with brand standards and market trends.
Conduct regular quality checks and implement improvements based on feedback.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to integrate new products and recipes into the menu.
Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, or a related field.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Passion for food and innovation.
Prior experience in product management or R&D is a plus.
