Job Description

Working knowledge of trade finance products like FLC ,Buyers Credit ,UPAS LC ,BG,PCFC, Post shipment finance, factoring etc.,
Keep track on forex rates movement for fresh hedges, applying cancellation and rollover along with overlooking the MTM positions.
Execution of credit facility related loan documentation and supporting in legal and ROC related work
Periodic and timely execution of mortgage by way of MOE and completing the security perfection of all member banks
Supporting in DP statement ,FFR I and OFI to banks and monitoring of utilisation of limits
Adept in compliances related to RBI,FEMA,UCP 600 guidelines
Monitoring the EDPMS,IDPMS,ORM,IRM position in a timely manner and record keeping of all e-BRC ,FIRC issued by banks
Monitoring the lodgment of export documents and retirement of import documents (Bills under LC or clean bills).
MIS related to LC/BG, Bill Discounting and all banking limits,Interest and various bank charges along with periodic reconciliation.
New bank Account creation, updation KYC ,removal and addition of signatories etc.,
Knowledge of corporate credit cards, forex cards, insurance etc., along with its applications.
Treasury related activities like vendor and other related bank payments in a timely manner
Working knowledge of MS-Word ,MS Excel etc.,
Any other activity related to banking as and when assigned.
