Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager/Senior Executive - Human Capital with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to meet hiring needs and play a key role in shaping our recruitment strategy, ensuring we attract, onboard, retain top talent in a fast-paced fintech.

Job Location : Andheri East,WFO (Work from office)

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

-Work closely with Hiring Manager to understand their needs.

-Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to source top talent across various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referral programs.

-Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting, sourcing, and screening to interviewing, extending offers, and ensuring successful onboarding.

-Candidate screening, interviews, managing the scheduling and coordination of interviews with Hiring Managers

Onboarding & Orientation: Ensure smooth onboarding processes for new hires, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating their integration into the team and culture.

Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and resolving employee relations issues with tact and professionalism to foster a positive work environment.

Employee Engagement: Lead initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement, including organizing events, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms.

-Assist in Performance Management, Initiate L&D activities, Updating HR Policies, Maintain HR records.

-Office Administration

Qualifications & Skills:

Master's or bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3-4 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on talent acquisition and generalist HR activities.

Experience in technical recruitment.

Understanding of HR practices, including employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
